- Customers can purchase and connect additional devices to their account for $10 per month per additional device. Restrictions apply.
- Additional devices may be added to eligible month-to-month and fixed term accounts. Excludes pre-paid plans.
- Any data plan (except Unlimited data): Up to five devices per account. Can be any combination of vividwireless devices.
- Unlimited data plan: Limit of one vividwireless device per account.
- Broadband & phone plans $45 and $65: Customers can connect up to five devices per account.
- Device combination must include at least one home gateway.
- Broadband & phone plans $89 and $109: Customers can connect one additional portable device (USB modem or ViViFi Wi-Fi hotspot) per account. Device combination must include one home gateway.
- Additional device charging does not affect the terms & conditions of your month-to-month or fixed term account.
- Customers can choose to connect or remove an additional device at any time through ‘My Account’. However, the $10 additional device charge is charged upfront per month and no partial refund is provided.
- The following customers will not incur additional device charging for additional devices already connected to their account before September 19:
- Existing customers on fixed term plans prior to September 19;
- Existing customers with a month-to-month account. However customers who connect additional devices to their account after 19 September will incur additional device charges. This charge also applies if a customer disconnects an existing device and reconnects it to their account in the future.
- The following customers will not incur additional device charging when connecting new additional devices to their account after September 19:
- Existing customers on fixed term plans prior to September 19 for the term of their contract.
- The data service will be shaped to 64kbps for all devices connected to the same account once the data allowance is reached.
- Customers with multiple devices on a single account are not permitted to change to an Unlimited data plan. They will need to remove the additional devices before changing to an Unlimited data plan.
- Customers with greater than two devices connected to their account are not permitted to change to a plan with a two-device limit. These customers must remove the excess device(s) before moving to their new plan.
