iPad 2® recharge offer- terms and conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other Competition information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion commences 01/06/2011 and closes at midnight WST on 30/06/2011 (2am AEST on 01/072011).
3. The Competition is open to vividwireless customers who have recharged their pre-paid account during the month of June 2011. Employees, agents and contractors of the Promoter and its associated entities and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
4. The draw will take place on 01/07/2011, 12pm EST. There will be one individual winner drawn at random at vividwireless, Level 8/ 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
5. The winner will be notified via email within one week from the draw.
6. Winners have 3 months to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed, vividwireless will redraw on the last Monday after the 3 month period has lapsed at 12pm at vividwireless pty ltd, Level 8/8 Central Ave, Eveleigh, NSW 2015. The redraw date will be 03/10/2011.
7. The prize is one 16GB Wi-Fi Apple® iPad 2® RRP $579. The total prize pool for the promotion is $579.00.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a participant to take part in any or all aspects of the Competition if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the participant is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the Competition.
9. The prize (or any part thereof), must be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
10. The winner will receive the prize by registered mail at the address supplied to vividwireless.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

13. The Promoter may at its discretion vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any variations will be published on the website at www.vividwireless.com.au/terms and will take effect from the time of publication. Any variations to the Terms and Conditions are subject to any written directions given under State Regulations.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they have breached any of the Terms and Conditions. A winner may forfeit the prize if their entry is misleading or they have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

16. Participation in the Competition constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their familiarity with the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific term does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Terms and Conditions generally. Any variations to the Terms and Conditions are subject to any written directions given under State Regulations.
