We only collect personal information from you that we need to provide you with our services. When you register your interest or buy products on-line, the personal information we collect includes your name, billing and delivery addresses, delivery instructions, credit card details, email, contact phone numbers, address, confirmation that you are over 18, details of your computer’s operating system and some statistical information about your household. If you are a vividwireless customer, we may ask you for your user name, password, drivers’ licence number, date of birth and name of your first pet so that we can identify you over the phone. We also hold details of the services that you receive from us, such as usage details.
