• Only vividwireless pre-paid customers with a credit card are eligible to register for vividwireless auto top up.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you consent to vividwireless debiting your credit card account by the amount of money that you specified when you set up or changed your auto top up preferences.
  • Further, you agree that a new voucher will be purchased automatically on your behalf once your usage reaches 90% of the current pre-paid voucher data credit; or your current voucher is due to expire within 24 hours, whichever comes first.  
  • You specifically agree to have sufficient funds available on your nominated credit card account on the day that the auto top up payment is due. If a drawing is unsuccessful, you consent to vividwireless attempting to re-draw funds at such times as we decide. Your financial institution may also charge you a fee. vividwireless accepts no liability in this regard.
  • If your payment details are incorrect at the time of payment and your current voucher data allocation has been exhausted, your data service will be shaped to 64kbps and your auto top up function will be suspended. Only when you have purchased a voucher manually can you reactivate auto top up. You must also provide vividwireless with correct payment details.
  • If payment details are incorrect at the time of auto top up and your current voucher expires your service will be suspended and auto top up will be suspended. You will be required to re-activate your pre-paid plan.
  • Once an auto top up has added a pending voucher to your account, it cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all payment details are up to date. vividwireless accepts no responsibility for any loss whatsoever if a customer’s payment is not accepted.
  • vividwireless auto top up is a self service transaction that must be managed online via My Account. You can deactivate the auto top up functionality at any time. Once you do so, you will not be eligible for any promotions associated with auto top up.
  • You can cancel auto top up or change your preferences by logging into My Account, at vividwireless.com.au. Setting up, changing or cancelling auto top up may take 24-48hrs to complete and any imminent pending scheduled auto top up transactions will still be processed. No liability is accepted in these circumstances.
  • We will keep financial details confidential, except when required to resolve any claim or dispute that you might have.
  • When using auto top up, your credit limit will be capped at a maximum of $300 per calendar month. You can reduce the credit limit to a lower amount. The minimum amount is based upon the pre-paid plan you have selected.  If you run out of credit in a month where your credit limit has been capped, you will need to perform a manual recharge, increase the limit or wait until the following month when your credit will be reset and auto top up will purchase a voucher automatically.
  • If your service is lost or stolen, auto top up will not be cancelled automatically. You must immediately cancel online via My Account.
  • Customers activating auto top up will be eligible for vividwireless pre-paid rollover credit. Terms and conditions apply.
  • vividwireless reserves the right to reject any customer instruction if there are insufficient funds, fraud or suspected fraud or misuse of the service.
  • We will endeavour to notify you once your usage has reached 90% or your current voucher is due to expire within 24 hours, or if payment is unsuccessful. However failure to notify you will not constitute a breach of these terms by vividwireless.
