A: Yes. Log into “My account”. The Refer a Friend tab will detail all of your referred friends that have activated a service with vividwireless and the date by which you’ll receive your credit. Once the credit is applied, it will appear on your next monthly invoice.

Q: I’ve referred someone to the Refer a Friend Rewards Offer, but they selected a pre-paid data plan. Do I still receive a credit?
A: No. The offer excludes pre-paid plans.

Q: Does my referred friend need to purchase a modem online at vividwireless.com.au/friends?
A: Friends can purchase their modem online, by calling our Sales & Service Centre or at a participating retail store. We recommend purchasing online at vividwireless.com.au/friends.

Q: How many friends can I refer to the Refer a Friend Rewards Offer?
A: Existing customers are limited to a maximum of 12 redeemed referrals. The credit applies only once per new joining customer whom does not have a current service, or has had a previous service, with Vividwireless when they activate a new modem for the first time.

Q: What happens to my credited data if my friend cancels their account with vividwireless?
A: If your friend cancels their eligible month-to-month or fixed term plan, any remaining credited data will be forfeited.

Q: Can I swap the credited data from Refer a Friend Rewards Offer for pre-paid vouchers or cash?
A: No.

A: No, staff plans may not be credited as part of the Refer a Friend Rewards Offer. However, a staff member who has not activated a staff plan and has signed up to a standard subscription service for longer than 21 days is eligible for the Refer a Friend Offer
