• Shaping on reaching plan limit. Once you’ve used up all your data, your internet service will be slowed to 64kbps (shaping) until your next billing period begins or until you purchase more data via My Account. There are no excess usage charges if you go over your data allowance. You also have the option to upgrade your plan once per billing cycle.
  • Pre-paid service offering. This is a service we offer that allows you to pay in advance for a specific amount of data. You are in control of your data usage and spend by purchasing only what you need.
  • Usage alerts. We’ll send you emails when you’re close to using up and when you have used up your data allowance.
  • Managing your VOIP spend. Our $109 broadband and phone plan gives you the certainty of unlimited data and standard local and national calls included at no extra charge (excludes some special numbers, i.e. 1300 and 1800 numbers). For full details, visit broadband & phone plans
  • Auto top-up spend limit. Pre-paid customers who’ve signed up for the auto top up service are required to determine a monthly auto top up limit of up to $300/month. While on the service, we queue one voucher in your account as long as you haven’t reached your monthly spend limit. And as soon as you exceed the monthly limit, we will not add another voucher to your account until the next month begins. For more details, read our Auto top up FAQs.
  • View usage in ‘My Account’. You can monitor your plan, modem and unbilled calls information in the ‘My plan & usage’ tab in My Account. Please note that should you require to change plans, you can also do it yourself within My Account.
  • Customer initiated additional data purchases. After you’ve used up your data and are shaped, you can choose to purchase pre-determined blocks of additional add-on data in My Account. Each month, you can purchase up to $400 worth of additional add-on data blocks with values ranging from 1GB to 10GB. Additional add-on data is designed to tide you over till your next billing cycle begins.
